How do I wash and care for my Gava products?
We provide washing instructions on all product listings, inside the garments themselves and advise where possible to hand wash.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, of course. We offer standard shipping options to most countries.
When will my order arrive?
It depends on the countries you are at: in Kosova the order arrives in 1-2 Business Days, in Albania and North Macedonia it arrives in 3-5 Business Days. In other countres, it depends on the zones you are at, it takes approximately 3-10 Business Days, excluding the national holidays and the day of order.
My package is missing. Can you help?
Please contact us in our email support@gavaoutfit.com if you have not received your delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we would love to assist you.
Can I exchange my item?
At Gava, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to ensure you love your purchase. If you're not
completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges.
I need to return my order?
We at Gava, gladly accept returns within 14 days of the order being delivered to the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be washed or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the original tag has been cut off.
Can You help with a damaged product?
We apologize that you received a damaged item. If it could be possible, we would want to send us a photo in our email support@gavaoutfit.com with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution.
Please note, any damaged item outside of a 14 Day Return window cannot be returned or refunded.
What should I do if I have received the wrong item?
In the unlikely event you receive the incorrect item, please contact us via our email support@gavaoutfit.com page and we exchange it for you.
